Zachery was born in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia and raised in the Chattanooga area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a Minor in Economics from the University of West Georgia, and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Zachery excelled as a law student, where he received the Cali Book Award for Torts and was a member and officer of the International Moot Court where he served as an oralist, researcher, and writer for numerous International Moot Court competitions throughout the United States.

After becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Zachery worked as an attorney in Miami, Florida for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, a Forbes Fortune 100 Company, where he gained extensive litigation and trial experience in the practice areas of bodily injury, construction defect, premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death.

Shortly after their marriage, Zachery and his lovely wife, Janette, made the decision to move from sunny Miami to Chattanooga, TN.

Zachery is presently a member of the Tennessee and Florida Bars. His practice areas include real estate, construction, commercial disputes, zoning, estates, personal injury, and insurance litigation.

Zachery strives to provide the best and most complete representation while implementing cost effective strategies to resolve conflicts promptly and efficiently for clients throughout Eastern and Central Tennessee.

On his free time, Zachery is an outdoor enthusiast. He loves to camp and hike at the Cherokee National Forest and Big Frog Mountain.
